Dehydrating Cantaloupe

This is soooo yummy! My friend asked me if I did a test to see how long it lasted, I did not, I ate it all!
Easy to do, can probably do it in an oven also. Be sure to wash your cantaloupe really good. I slice it here but I am sure it can also be chunked, we will try that next time.
Good by itself for a sweet snack, in cereals, breads, cakes, snack and nut mixes.
