Is Christians living amongst unbelievers a problem, possibility, or both? There are things going on around us that probably makes most of us sick, if not angry, yet this is what is going on in our midst, in the society we are a part of. This isn’t far from what the Israelites were facing. They had pagans living all around them engaging in behavior that was in direct contrast to how they were told to live by God. If we aren’t careful, we could end up assimilating to the unbelieving world around us, just like the Israelites did. Judges 3:7 says, “And the people of Israel did what was evil in the sight of the Lord. They forgot the Lord their God and served the Baals and the Asheroth.
