UPDATE: While it's just getting around to some places, apparently this video is old... It was originally aired in 2019.

What is going down?

This video was downloaded from Facebook as a shared attachment. It shows what looks to be several troops loading up into two Little Birds and two Black Hawks in some military operation downtown LA.
