The first in a series discussing tokenness, racebaiting, queerbaiting, and other marketing techniques that aren't used to enrich our culture but pander to the audience. Why aren't we satisfied?
I don't know, maybe because of the SHALLOW representation of characters and who they're supposed to be aside from the tag they're slapped with that 'makes them stand out'.
