Democrats Claim Election Fraud Want A Do-Over

The shoe is on the other foot for Democrats who are trying to hold on to a congressional seat in upstate New York. With today’s ALG Minute, I’m Catherine Mortensen. After more than three months without a certified winner, the state supreme court ruled to certify the election in favor of the republican candidate – with a slim margin of just 109 votes. But the democrat is alleging that “systemic violations of state and federal election law,” make the results unreliable and is considering appealing the certification or possibly contesting the results directly to the House. Incumbent democrat Anthony Brindisi said there should be a recount and audit after what he said were "countless errors and discrepancies" in the initial count. the only way Speaker Pelosi can stop Claudia Tenney from taking office is to validate the same theory Trump used to contest the presidential race – which Pelosi deemed as insurrection. Democrats have taken to twitter to demand a hand recount because they think the voting machines were rigged. Hypocrisy at its worst.
