2021-02-09 Uranus, Mars, Pleaides and Hyades [4K]

Mars had a recent conjunction with Uranus on 21 Jan. Now they have drifted apart.

Uranus is just visible with naked eyes.

On the right (east) we see Pleaides and Hyades the famous star clusters of Taurus.

The Pleaides (or Seven Sisters) is known as Subaru in Japanese. The bright star near Hyades is Aldebaran - the "Bull's eye".

Note the northern constellations seen from down under are "up side down".
