Powerful Oratory is Not Criminal

Powerful speech has been used to encourage peaceful change and advocate through the democratic process throughout our history. Former President Donald Trump encouraged a peaceful protest. Despite their blustering, the House Impeachment Managers have failed to prove their case of intentional incitement of an insurrection.
