Neguse, Raskin make argument against First Amendment protection for incitement of insurrection

Impeachment managers Reps. Joe Neguse and Jamie Raskin argued Thursday that Donald Trump’s lawyers’ argument that the president was using his First Amendment rights in speaking to his supporters on Jan. 6 is not a justified defense for inciting an insurrection.
