XC Ski at Chapin Forest Arbor Lane Loop

I'm out at Chapin Forest on the Arbor Lane Loop in Kirtland OH. This loop is designated as an "easy" loop. Its a little easier if you are skate skiing. They used to groom it for skate and traditional Nordic style but they don't make those tracks anymore for you to follow so its a little slippy and you need to work a bit harder to keep your skis in line while doing a traditional style. The Arbor Lane Loop is roughly a mile long and is one of 4 different loops they groom out for XC skiing. There is a mild climb at about the midpoint on the loop if you are leaving from the lodge. I parked on the opposite side of the park so I start at the top of the climb and finish the loop off with a climb. I doubled up my speed for the video so you can see the whole loop's trail condition without having to sit and be bored too long..... Thanks for clicking, Like, Subscribe, Rumble, yada yada yada....
