Doctors: Severe side effects from 2nd dose of COVID vaccine possible but shouldn't be deterrent

Experts say severe reactions and side effects to the second dose of the COVID vaccine are common, especially in young people. But, they say, that should not be a deterrent to getting the vaccine.
