Has this happened to you?

Have any of you experienced this from magnesium oil, or clorox wipes, or a combination of the two - or something else entirely? I'm very curious to know if anyone else has had this happen to their hand. It's the most peculiar thing I've experienced with my skin, so any insight would be greatly appreciated!
