Skiing Chapin Forest Reservation Beech Wood Loop

Skiing the Beech Wood Loop at the Chapin Forest Reservation in Kirtland OH (parking on Rt306 & Hobart Rd). Of the $ loops t the Lake Metro Park I found this one to be the most challenging. While it doesn't have any extended climbing it is the most undulating of the 4 loops and it is also the one with the most turns. The park does groom the trails but it is more suited to "skate" style as opposed to traditional Nordic skiing. I am traditional Nordic skier and the trails are completely skiable with the straight skis it's just a bit more challenging than on skate skis.
