Chinese beef pie/牛肉餡餅
Ingredients:
250g Flour
½ tsp Salt
100g Hot water
65g Water
Marinade beef:
250 g Ground beef
½ tsp Salt
15 g water
1 Egg
1 tsp cooking wine
1 tsp Sugar
½ tsp White pepper
1 tsp Soy sauce
2 tbsp Grate ginger
20g Green onion
1 tbsp Sesame oil
oil to fry bun
Instructions:
1.Marinade ground beef.
2. Make the dough. Rest for 15 min.
3. Divide the dough.
4. Shape dough into balls. Roll each out into a circle. Put meat mixture in the center of each circle, and wrap dough around filling
5. Heat the pan. Add oil.
6. Medium heat, place buns in the pan. Fry about 3 min or turn brown. Cover the lid.

做法:
1.醃牛肉絞
2.揉麵團。休息15分鐘。
3.將麵團分成十個。
4.將麵團做成球狀,桿成圓形。將肉放在麵皮中心,將餡料包起來。
5.鍋加熱。
6.中火,將餅放入鍋中。煎約3分鐘或變成棕色。蓋上蓋子。
