Sears Roebuck circle sawmill up and running

Getting the Sears Roebuck circle sawmill up and running. The mill is powered by a Buick 6 cylinder engine. I rebuilt the carburetor and put new belt on. Added antifreeze and sharpened the teeth. Put belt dressing on the drive belt. It started cutting crooked. I have since found out that I was running it too slow. It was in the wrong gear. Please watch and comment. Oh yeah, hit the rumble.
