YouTube just lets you say whatever you want right? Unless you speak out about something they don't agree with.

Now the argument on the other side would say, well YouTube is a private enterprise they can technically censor whatever they want. And yes that might be true, but this is what the First Amendment says...

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press, or the right of the people peaceably to assemble and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

What if YouTube has become The Public Assembly area? It's the public square for all of us to share our ideas, creativity, and opinions. And under the 1st Amendment, we should be protected.

YouTube we implore you not to fall under the peer pressure of those who wish to drown out the right to speak. Please let the American voice be heard!!!
