Torah Obedience vs. Law of the Spirit

When we say that we live by the spirit of the law, what does that even mean? There is a law of the spirit and physical law of sin and death. This is the testament to the spirit of faith that Abraham lived but not that with which the Israelites did. It is the same law of spirit that now comes with Christ Jesus.
