How To: Curtsy Lunges/Squats

Lower Body
Hold on to a weight - dumbbell or kettlebell and center on chest
Brace core, chest lifted
Tap foot to one side and swing same leg behind the other, dip to a small squat/lunge and stand up tap back
Repeat
