How to Factory Reset Cisco IP Phones - Webex Calling

In this video we look at how to factory reset an 8800 series phone. In my case I'm using an 8861 but anything in the 8800 and 7800 family should be the same. I also mention briefly how to do this for older phones. This procedure is best used when you cannot gain access to the menu to reset. It is a hard reset and will wipe all settings.
