HOW TO: Dumbbell Chest Flys

Upper Body: DB Chest Flys
Muscles worked: Pectorals (chest muscles)
Lay supine on the floor, with your knees up and feet on the floor. Extend the arms out toward the sides, unlock elbows, brace your core and set shoulder blades into a neutral spine position. Lift dumbbells toward the center of your chest and lower with control. Repeat.
Option to challenge your core by lifting your feet off the floor.
