Thieves getting away!

I witnessed a group of people rushing out the door with a lot of items they did not pay for!
Just happens they parked in front of my vehicle which has a dash cam rolling 24 hours a day.
Store policy is employees cannot follow people out the door if they suspect they are stealing.
