Open Racism Is Back In Vogue – As Long As It’s Against White People

A staffer at Smith College resigned last week after saying she was targeted for her skin color, racially profiled and denied advancement opportunities at the school simply because of her ethnicity.

And here’s the thing: she’s white. And this is racism.
