Orbs over by the Washington Monument!

February 19th 2021 while still daylight you can clearly see that there are ABSOLUTELY NO PLANES OR FLYING BIRDS IN THIS VIDEO! I wanted people to see Regan airport is not in this direction. I have many more screen captures of this orb this day and multiple days. To anyone who says this is a drone, helicopter or a bird. Your just either in denial or you Are a troll! Not only do we have an imposter in the supposed White House but an odd object hovering over the capital! I really would like answers from the experts if this is a no fly zone why is this thing flying around near the White House?
