Evidence for the Defense.......

This post is NOT presented as factual. In fact, it is presented as "Evidence for the Defense" just like an attorney would present his/her evidence to support their case. We welcome statements from the other side to contradict this evidence in order for the public to make their own judgement as to the validity of both sides. Therefore, if this post is removed by Facebook under the pretense of presenting "fake news", it will be a clear violation of our First Amendment rights and grounds for legal action.
