Trezor Model T broken No Touchscreen No USB Unresponsive Not Working Weird Amazon RMA process

My Trezor Model T hardware crypto wallet has Broken after two months. The device powers up but is completely unresponsive. The USB is not activated either so I cannot connect to the device remotely. The RMA process was weird, they wanted me to send it back to Amazon after the return window had already closed. The Amazon people were confused and wanted to charge my a restoking fee, I showed them Trezor email response. I like how Trezor integrates nicely with exodus wallet.
