HOW TO: Bulgarian Lunges

BULGARIAN LUNGES
Main Muscles Worked: Quads, Hams, Glutes
Set rear leg over a bench (or anything that is stable and safe to use, ie, sturdy box, couch, short stool etc), front foot holds most of your weight, get centered and balanced and lean forward slightly.
Drop back knee towards the floor, keeping body inline and push off the heel of front foot to rise back up. Repeat on the same side for a number of repetitions and switch legs.
