Interview for Colonel James McCandless, commander of the 174th Air Defense Artillery Brigade. The 174th Air Defense Artillery (ADA) Brigade from the Ohio Army National Guard replaces the South Carolina Army National Guard's 678th ADA Brigade during a Transfer of Authority ceremony in Ansbach, Germany on Feb. 19th 2021. The Brigades serve as a Mission command Element on a rotational basis to support the 10th Army Air and Missile Defense Command.
