What is the Best Video Podcast Setup?

What is the best video podcast setup? Today I quickly run through my podcast setup which I will be using to do interviews on to promote my independent horror film Redgate. Is it the best? Possibly, but I believe you should always have a good setup for both video and audio whether you are running your ownd podcast or a guest.
