Radio Check U.S. Marines from 7th Communication Battalion

U.S. Marines from 7th Communication Battalion, III Marine Expeditionary Force and Marine Wing Communications Squadron 18, 1st Marine Aircraft Wing participate in a bilateral communication training event with the Japan Ground Self-Defense Force's 15th Brigade. During the event, Japanese and American forces practiced linking their communication systems to improve interoperability and to strengthen their working relationship. Brigadier General Christopher McPhillips, Commanding General of 1st Marine Aircraft Wing, and Major General Makoto Sato, Commanding General of the 15th Brigade, Japan Ground Self-Defense Force, visited the event.
