"Freedom" performed by Elizabeth June

"Freedom" visually demonstrates the life of the African American culture during the peaks of slavery and inequality helping to portray the need for all to come together, ending racism and bigotry in all forms.

Showcasing my directing, editing and producing skills together for the very first time, 'Freedom' won the hearts of many as it brought home 9 official selections and awards worldwide. Working with a $300 budget and having less than four days of production to film and edit in its completion, it was this first impression in the film and arts communities that allowed me to continue my work with other musicians to this day.
