In recent years, U.S. CO2 emissions have fallen significantly due to the increased use of natural gas. China’s annual CO2 emissions are far greater than the combined output of the United States and the European Union. The Paris Accord currently allows China -- the world's largest polluter -- to continue building massive coal plants until 2030. (9 YEARS!)
