Joe Biden has never Stuttered but is Definitely Not Mentally Fit to be President

Not many days ago, I uploaded a short video clip of Sleepy Joe Biden slipping up and using the N word. The close captions even showed that he said it. I received comments on Facebook from people who were skeptical, and claimed that he was a stuttering man all of his life and this was just him stuttering. You will now see clips from the younger Senator Joe Biden that absolutely proves he never stuttered. He was actually a good orator while he was in the Senate. You will also see a montage of video clips of the current Joe Biden during his campaign for President, and there is quite a contrast. Joe Biden is not mentally fit to be President!
