Hot cakes, a Filipino style of pancakes. You don't even need syrup when you eat. I ate them by rubbing a butter or star margarine and sprinkled a lil bit of sugar on it. So yummy! Perfect for snacks. Tons of recipes in online. I just googled the recipe when you made them!
