Windows 10 64bit Upgrade - The Silly PC strikes back

The Silly PC strikes back...Hopefully I will never have to work on it again. This thing has so many strange quirks, it's a miracle it still functions. Upgrading from Windows 10 32bit to 64bit, as it should have had from the beginning.
