Mike Roess Gold Head Branch State Park

Lately, we have been enjoying visits to Mike Roess Gold Head Branch State Park, out in Keystone Heights, Florida. It's an easy hiking place and full of old Florida fun. The park has labeled many locations around the park where you can learn a lot of the local history of the area, as well as facts about the animals that live nearby, and the plants and trees on the trails. They also have horse trails and a swimming area near the playground.
