What is Biblical Government? - Part 2 The Church

God has established government to do certain tasks, such as execute justice. On the other hand, there are many things government is not supposed to do, some of which fall into the realm of the church. The government has a ministry of justice and has a sword as its tool. The church has a ministry of mercy and its tool is God's Word.

However, what happens if government is going beyond its Biblical role, and is not acting Biblically? Do the people have a right to revolt and overthrow the government?
