Communication with God - A Vow

This type of communication is to correct a wrong that we have done which is causing us such an issue with our conscience that it is impacting our mental state. Vowing to correct this, if God permits, will release a person's conscience, but not the obligation to perform the vow when the opportunity arises.
And the vow of the faith will save the mentally ill, and the Lord will raise him up. And if sins, which he has done, he will be forgiven by Him - James 5:15
