Info from Licensor: "Guava the Pineapple Conure. It happened in the morning in Port St Lucie, FL. She was playing with her ball and spinning around for fun. She was biting the string earlier and it decided to break when she was spinning around. The end result was the string didn’t hold on any longer and she fell with her toy ball."
