Worldwide Food Inflation, 3530

Good evening, I’m still reporting on the economy.
You knew it would have to happen at some point - inflation! The powers that be have some kind of way of hiding it . We've expected to see it in rising prices of gold and silver , but for some reason that has never appeared
We certainly see it in the rising price of oil which has been nothing but a steady staircase upwards and now stands at $66.28 per barrel of crude. By the summer time you'll begin to see that hit gas prices in the US.
But now there is a report from the Food and Agriculture organization's food price index or FFPI, that the index rose for the ninth consecutive month in February, hitting levels not seen since July 2014.
The index measures the monthly change in international prices for a common basket of food commodities , including cereals, oilseeds, dairy products, meat, and sugar.
