Convention of States

This video describes a little known Constitution article which allows the states to bypass a corrupt Congress or President/Tyrant by convening and proposing a legislative solution to some important national issue. The COS can with this power add, change, or remove unreasonable laws or executive orders in order to bring the country back under the control of We the People as it was intended to be.
