Mass. Gov't Finally 'Allows' Music At Bars – Targets a Bar For Booking the 'Wrong Kinds' of Music

Bureaucrats in Massachusetts appear to have modeled themselves after famous Cool Hand Luke character Captain, who, often told Luke, “What we have here is a failure to communicate.”

Of course, most every failure of the government to communicate sees the civilian portrayed as wrong, and the government as right, and, in this case, it’s a failure to communicate and a lot more.
