Infected Follicle Pimple

This looks tiny in the video but it's actually quite huge and infected.
I tried to get it myself with really sharp tweezers and that only made it a ton worse.
Because I recently just finished fighting a very serious spinal infection (bone eating bacteria) and sepsis (blood infection) I was told to not take any chances and see the doctor for this little infection because of its location.
