20210311 An Abundance of Laws - The Daily Summation

It seems like a simple problem, but the solution may not be quite so mundane.

I have a few ideas, but to be honest, I don't think my fixes will be AT ALL comprehensive.

There are (plain and simple) to doggone many laws on the books.

Precedent muddies the waters even more.
