Gaetz: We Need Congressional Hearings on the Abuses of Conservatorships

Jamie Spears, Britany's abusive father, had a statement in response to my efforts to hold this hearing. That is the pathology of abuse when he comes out and says "Britany can end this whenever she wants."

It's not true. She has been pleading with courts time and again to have almost anyone other than her father in a position to deplete her assets and to continue to subject her to this type of toxic situation.
