2. Write the offer (76% of organizations never present an offer to the customer, price & terms. No offer, no customer)
3. Promote, promote, promote
4. Follow up (if you don't have systems in place to follow up you retract & aren't motivated)
5. STAY motivated (new blood motivates, not old)
