Alcapurrias de Yuca Cassava Fritters

Alcapurrias are one of the many delicious street foods also know as chinchorro food in Puerto Rico. These cassava fritters are crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside usually stuffed with a savory and delicious beef picadillo, shrimp, fish, among some of the many stuffings for this delicious fritter.
