WORRY AND SLEEPLESS NIGHTS

Dear Pastor Bob: I have a lot weighing on my mind. I have spent some sleepless nights where I cannot get these things out of my head. I lay awake and try to give it to God, but realize that it is a process. Shifting from my concerns and pressures to putting it in his hands and leaving it there is a difficult thing. What do you suggest?
