People who walk away are hit on their backs or head. Hitting people who are already on the ground with a bat. Pushing people in front of a moving police car. Attacking people with dogs. And a gunshot from a frightened riot officer. Shutting down people on the street. Heroic acts of "our" police. It's SCUM and nothing else.
