The man who created the EU Referendum Bill in 2010

In 2010, newly elected Member of Parliament David Nuttall brought the EU Referendum Bill to Parliament with over 100 fellow MP's having signed it forcing David Cameron to give the UK a vote on its relationship with the European Union. The rest is now history.
