This is a real Quality Can Cocktail that Jack Daniel's makes and it's currently available in the following states (CA, CO, CT, DE, FL, GA, IL, MD, MN, NV, NH, NY, PA, TN, TX, WI) and it will make it's way into more states over time. I found this in one of the local Wine and Spirits stores when I was doing some Christmas Shopping.
