'I would give birth to a dead child'

Polish doctors told Paulina that her unborn child would die upon birth. She felt she needed an abortion, but due to a ruling that came into effect in January, it would no longer be legal. Her only option was to find a doctor willing to attest that giving birth was a threat to her health. Lauren Anthony reports.
